Traveler Reviews
Looking back, 11 days is a substantial trip, and I wondered if the middle would start to blur. It didn't. The stop at s to the Minorities of Guizhou and Guangxi had room to breathe instead of becoming another quick photo.
The unglamorous part: pickup, tickets and the order of stops were handled without fuss. That sounds ordinary, but it is exactly what you want on a full sightseeing day. My only advice is not to shorten the time at s to the Minorities of Guizhou and Guangxi.
One thing I learned: the early starts caught up with me around the middle of the trip. I would keep the same route, but protect one evening for doing absolutely nothing. The time around s to the Minorities of Guizhou and Guangxi was not the part I would cut.
The best compliment I can give is that I never checked how many stops were left. S to the Minorities of Guizhou and Guangxi arrived at just the right point in the route.
Honestly, I would change my shoes, not the itinerary. I would keep the Guilin outline as it was.
