In hindsight, I booked with two dishes in mind and left with a longer list. Walking in Chengdu People's Park and Learning Mahjong gave the route a clear sense of place rather than feeling like random snacks.

Emma X.🇪🇸 Spain★★★★★2024-05

Practically speaking, the Chengdu stops were organised, but the food did not arrive like a rehearsed tasting menu. Each place kept its own character.

Mateo Q.🇨🇦 Canada★★★★★2026-04

The useful part in Chengdu was not just trying food, but knowing what to order again later. I saved two dish names in my phone before the tour ended. I would still leave extra time for Walking in Chengdu People's Park and Learning Mahjong.

Honestly, this felt like travelling with someone who knew the area, not following a person holding a flag. That difference showed most at Chengdu.
