Datong Yanmenguan Great Wall and Yingxian Wooden Pagoda Day Tour

Yanmenguan (Wild Geese Pass) is one of the three most important strategic Great Wall passes in northern China — between Datong and the central plains, it was fought over by 19 different dynasties since the Warring States period (475 BC). The current Ming-rebuilt section sits at 1,800m elevation with 5km of walkable wall, the original "Tianxian No.1 Pass" gateway, and panoramic mountain views. Combine with Yingxian Wooden Pagoda — the world's tallest wooden Buddhist pagoda (67m, built 1056 AD, no nails used). Different from existing Datong tours which focus on Yungang/Hanging Temple. Round-trip transfer 4 hours total, ~5 hours on-site. Private vehicle, guide, both entrance tickets included.
