Itinerary
Guangzhou: Dapeng Peninsula Scenic Private Day Trip
Discover the natural beauty of the Dapeng Peninsula on this comfortable private day trip from Guangzhou. After a relaxed hotel pickup, settle into your private air-conditioned vehicle for the scenic drive to one of Guangdong's loveliest coastal corners, home to Qiniang Mountain and its protected geopark.
With your private English-speaking guide, you will explore the lush, green lower trails of this geopark at an easy pace, surrounded by dense subtropical vegetation and fresh sea air. The area is famous for its sweeping sea views, and from well-placed lookout points you can gaze out over the Dapeng Peninsula coastline, blue water stretching to the horizon and, on clear days, dramatic skies overhead.
A picnic-style lunch is included, enjoyed at a scenic platform where you can rest, share food and take in the panorama. Rather than a strenuous summit push, this tour focuses on the most rewarding viewpoints and gentle scenic paths, so you can enjoy the landscape in comfort.
This is authentic-China coastal nature at a relaxed pace, ideal for travelers who love beautiful scenery without intense hiking. Your private car returns you to your Guangzhou hotel in the evening.

Traveler Reviews
In hindsight, I expected Dapeng Peninsula Scenic Day to be the headline, and it was. What I didn't expect was how much context from the guide changed what I noticed there.
Practically speaking, the route through Guangzhou and Shenzhen could be awkward to arrange independently. Having one person keep the timing straight made the whole thing calmer.
Bring water and do not over-plan the evening afterward. 13 hours covered more ground than I expected.
Honestly, this wasn't a “see everything” tour, and that was a strength. The time around Guangzhou and Shenzhen felt specific to Guangzhou and Shenzhen, not interchangeable with another city.
I came with questions, left with more questions, and mean that as a compliment. I would keep the Guangzhou and Shenzhen outline as it was.
