Traveler Reviews
I went in most excited about Shanghai , Zhujiajiao Water Town and Scenic Boat Ride. Funny enough, Shanghai is the part I kept talking about afterward.
What helped was simple: there was no theatrical “VIP” treatment, just useful organisation and a guide who noticed when we needed a pause. That suited us. For 4 hours and 30 minutes around Shanghai, the pace felt about right.
Looking back, the schedule is fairly full. I would have liked another twenty minutes at Shanghai , Zhujiajiao Water Town and Scenic Boat Ride, but I would not drop any of the main stops.
Looking back, I would book this again for the pacing, not because every stop was spectacular. The ordinary transitions made Shanghai feel like a place rather than a set of postcards.
