Continue to Tiger Hill (Huqiu), 'the must-see in Suzhou' per Su Dongpo — climb to the 1,000-year-old leaning Yunyan Pagoda (China's Pisa). Lunch is the highlight: a 12-course Suzhou Imperial banquet at Songhe Lou (founded 1757), Suzhou's oldest restaurant — including the squirrel mandarin fish, Wuxi-style spareribs, and white shrimp from Tai Lake.
